I am a hospitality-loving, motivated, and creative young professional looking for the next challenge in my life. As an out-of-the-box thinker my passion lies in combining economical and sales skills with an individual and direct approach to give the customer an experience that will not only be economically viable, but also will bring the best possible satisfaction and form a brand image for a guaranteed return on investment. I can, thanks to my international history of living in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the UK, profit from broad intercultural knowledge with a modern style of sales fitting the current market situation. Also, as a digital native and due to my “embrace modernity” mindset, I am extremely open for using brand new innovating and challenging ways to get the best economical outcome.

In the past years I could gather crucial experience in the hospitality sector from pre-opening projects to up-and-running hotels and with a focus on brand new perspectives like revenue management and direct personnel management. Also, due to the highly competitive nature of the current market in the DACH region, it is easy for me to handle high pressure environments and keep focus on what matters.

My current goal for the upcoming years is to keep educating myself and to build more knowledge in diverse sectors in the hospitality and events branches of tourism. My direct focus lays upon growth in the direction of Key Account Management of the transient travel sector. I am also planning to participate in an online MBA programme next to my position within the next 2-4 years to continue personal- and career growth through education.

• HR & Recruitment for the Ambitious People Group (APG - Amsterdam, Netherlands)
